Mario, supported by his son Alcide Gallina, who became passionate about the business at a very young age and joined them after his studies, were a very united and ambitious team. They reaped satisfaction with humility and in the face of an increasing demand for their product, they decided to make major investments in restructuring and expanding the premises used for the production and curing of Gallina ham.
To support this growth, participation in national and international fairs has been worthy. Among theese events: Cibus trade fair in Parma, where the first participation dates back to the 1980s.
The company, strives for excellence, putting product and process quality first, finding motivation in a diversified customer base, consisting of the more traditional Ho.Re.Ca and Retail channel, and more structured realities such as GO and GD for which it develops dedicated lines.
